    MORNING RUNS IN SOUTH BRUNSWICK Weekday morning training runs on Mondays and Wednesdays Location: Farrington Lake at Riva Road and Ireland Brook Drive, South Brunswick/East Brunswick border.

    Training partner needed! Starting time: 6:45am (Best to stretch before 6:40) Finish: 7:30am -Running mile pace between 7:30 and 8:25 per mile, partly on country roads, Davidson Mill County Park and some trail. See deers, farms and streams. I run rain or shine. Also, occasional Tuesday hill workouts in Highland Park 5:40 pm-6:30pm

Hashing is not a race but a non-competitive group run which follows an off-road course laid out with baking flour. If you like trail running without the competition of a formal race, this will be a fun switch for you. This is a complex and different course through woods, grass, swamp and marsh.
